What is the purpose of taking Wellbutrin XL with Cipralex? - interaction cipralex melatonin

I'm trying to figure out what is the interaction, or why I was told to take both the anxiety / depression. I would stop taking Cipralex, but I'm not sure if my treatment is crucial.
