I'm trying to hook my Magnavox DVD recorder to my TV, but I have cable TV. So I tried to connect, but I couldnt take, or even come to any channel on the screen. I think I DISH Network, you can not take from the TV as you could, if it is based ....??? Standard Cable Comments, suggestions, please help? Oh, and I lost the manual: (
